Barefoot Technologies

Barefoot Technologies offers one of the most innovative and flexible, cloud-based vacation rental software solutions. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate and Rental. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Barefoot Technologies is based in Henniker, New Hampshire. Their site is barefoot.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Barefoot Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
