Bagoodex

Bagoodex works in chatbots and ai agents, which is about answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people. Their profile does not say much more than that yet, so treat the rest of this page as a starting point.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams with high volume. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot, Generative AI, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Bagoodex is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is bagoodex.io.

Our checklist for this category: training sources, accuracy on your own docs, and escalation paths. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Bagoodex, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
