Ayushi Software Services Group

Ayushi Software Services Group provides IT services and software solutions, targeting various sectors including government. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ayushi Software Services Group is based in Princeton, New Jersey. More on ayushisoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
