Axentys

Axentys specializes in IT & management consulting solutions as well as offers sales optimization, product development & management services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Consulting, Project Management and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Axentys is based in Warrenville, Illinois and founded in 2006. You can read more at axentys.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Axentys, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
