Awesome Motive

Awesome Motive offers tools and training to level the playing field for small businesses. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. They also list Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Awesome Motive is based in West Palm Beach, Florida and founded in 2011. Their site is awesomemotive.com.
