Avistar Communications

Avistar is a provider of advanced desktop videoconferencing capabilities to technology partners and end users. The job it does: hosting meetings, webinars and screen shares.

Who is it for? Mostly remote and hybrid teams. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications and Video Conferencing. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Avistar Communications is based in San Mateo, California. Their site is avistar.com.

Things worth asking about: participant limits, recording, and calendar integration. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
