Avidia Software

Avidia Software is a software development company that provides payroll and human resources software solutions. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources and Management Information Systems, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Avidia Software is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. You can read more at avidiasoft.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Avidia Software? Rate it.
