Avid Systems

Avid Systems is an IT company that provides mobility, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity and application development services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Avid Systems is based in Washington, District of Columbia and around since 2004. You can read more at avidsys.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
