Averosoft

Averosoft is a software consulting and development company that offers consulting solutions to businesses through technologies. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Cyber Security and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Averosoft is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. More on averosoft.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
