Avenity

Avenity is a company which provide consulting, software project management, and development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Avenity is based in Fairfax, Virginia. You can read more at avenity.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Avenity, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
