Avayle Solutions

Avayle Solutions is an ERP consulting firm offering training and process consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Accounting, Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Avayle Solutions is based in Auburn, California. More on avayle.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
