Avatar

Here is Avatar in plain terms. We provide motor carriers an all-in-one platform to fill empty seats, pass every audit and bring drivers home safely. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Logistics, Recruiting, Training and Transportation. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
