AV Pros NY

AV Pros NY offers AV and IT solutions, including consulting, networking, structured wiring, access control, and security systems. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Audio/Visual Equipment, Security and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AV Pros NY is based in Hicksville, New York and founded in 2006. You can read more at avprosny.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
