automationInsights

AutomationInsights offers consulting services in automation and optimization, utilizing AI and ML technologies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Advice, Consulting and Energy. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

automationInsights is based in Kenner, Louisiana. You can read more at automationinsights.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know automationInsights well, your review carries weight here.
