Automated Solutions Direct

Automated Solutions consistently focused on the development of solutions for data capture, data processing, and back-office operations. In practice that means planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Document Management and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Automated Solutions Direct is based in Wilmington, Massachusetts and around since 1986. More on asdirect.com.

Before you commit, look at views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Automated Solutions Direct, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
