Automated Business Designs

Automated Business Designs is a staffing and recruiting software solution company. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting and Staffing Agency. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Automated Business Designs is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on abd.net.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
