Autography

Autography LLC, a St Petersburg, FL-based media technology firm with a patent-pending system for autographing ebooks and other digital. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Social Media. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Autography is based in St. Petersburg, Florida and around since 2010. You can read more at autography.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Autography, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
