Augur Systems

Augur Systems is a software firm that offers network event management, fault management, remote alerting, and data stream management. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Communications Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Augur Systems is based in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Their site is augur.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Augur Systems well, your review carries weight here.
