ATR International

ATR International is a global staffing firm that helps companies augment their workforces with temporary technical employees. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Augmented Reality and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

ATR International is based in Sunnyvale, California and around since 1998. Their site is atr1.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
