Astute Review

Astute Review is computer software for automation and brand compliance software. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Banking, Consulting and Real Time. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Astute Review is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 2016. You can read more at astutereview.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Astute Review, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
