AstreaX

AstreaX works with companies of various sizes, from start-ups to government agencies to enterprise-class corporations. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

AstreaX is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. You can read more at astreax.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
