Assessforce

Assessforce offers a comprehensive case management software, specializing in Drupal and open source technologies. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. They also list Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Assessforce is based in Furlong, Pennsylvania. More on assessforce.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
