ASR Group

ASR Group is an IT company that provides web hosting, web design, and technical support services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Technical Support, Web Design and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ASR Group is based in Delaware, Ohio and founded in 2020. More on asrgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ASR Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
