Aspex

Aspex is a software and IT company that offers database design, systems engineering, government contracting and software development. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consulting, Software Engineering and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Aspex is based in Reston, Virginia. Their site is aspex.com.
