Ascendio

Ascendio is a IT solutions company. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Ascendio is based in Coppell, Texas. Their site is ascendio.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Ascendio, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
