Ascendify

Ascendify's Intelligent People ManagementTM platform reinvents how companies attract, develop and inspire their talent. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Machine Learning, Recruiting and Social Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Ascendify is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2012. You can read more at ascendify.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
