Ascend Technology

Ascend Technology is an information technology company that provides software development and IT consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, IT Management and Staffing Agency. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Ascend Technology is based in San Jose, California. You can read more at ascend-inc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Ascend Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
