Arx

Arx is a cloud-based software platform which creates accessible technology to enable a modern-day police force that is fully transparent. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Communities. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Arx is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Their site is arxcommunity.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Arx, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
