ARTEL

ARTEL provides information technology and telecom solutions. It offers managed network services, such as strategic planning. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ARTEL is based in Reston, Virginia. Their site is artelllc.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
