Arrow PSA

Arrow PSA is a software development company that provides professional services automation software. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Billing and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arrow PSA is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on arrowpsa.com.
