arodek

arodek provides data & analytics, applications, business consulting, SAP, and managed services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

arodek is based in Katy, Texas and founded in 2016. Their site is arodek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with arodek, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
