Arkeia Software

Arkeia Software delivers enterprise-class solutions for data backup and disaster recovery. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security, Flash Storage, Linux and Open Source. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Arkeia Software is based in Carlsbad, California. Their site is arkeia.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
