ARK Solutions, Inc.

ARK Solutions is an IT company that offers software consultancy services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ARK Solutions, Inc. is based in Reston, Virginia. Their site is arksolutionsinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
