ArcoInfo

ArcoInfo is a software company that offers document logistics, document management, workflow, e-archives services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ArcoInfo is based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Their site is arcoinfo.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
