Arck IT Services

ARCK IT Services has been providing industry's leading Content Management System (CMS) services for different web projects. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Information Services and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Arck IT Services is based in Fremont, California. Their site is arckits.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
