ARCH Enterprise

ARCH Enterprise is an IT company that provides network setup, data protection, data backup, computer repair, and remote assistance services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ARCH Enterprise is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Their site is archenterpriseinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
