ArcAmb

ArcAmb specializes in IT consulting and software solutions, focusing on data visualization and market success. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Content, Digital Media and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ArcAmb is based in Washington, District of Columbia. Their site is arcamb.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ArcAmb, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
