Arc Technology Group

Arc Technology Group is a web, Joomla, Responsive Design, and Mobile Web Development Company that is involved in software development. The job it does: running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce and Web Development. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Arc Technology Group is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2000. More on arctg.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Arc Technology Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
