Aqua

Aqua is a software company that incorporates all aspects of a hospitality operation into a all in one designed property management system. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Hospitality, Hotel and Property Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Aqua is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. More on aquapms.com.
