Appsential

Appsential is an IT company that offers systems development and operations services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Appsential is based in Germantown, Maryland. You can read more at appsential.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Appsential, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
