Apps Associates

Apps Associates is a premier IT service & solution provider. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Apps Associates is based in Acton, Massachusetts and around since 2002. You can read more at appsassociates.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Apps Associates well, your review carries weight here.
