Approve Shield

Approve Shield provides eviction and renter information services for the multifamily industry. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, Legal and Rental, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Approve Shield is based in Dallas, Texas. More on approveshield.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
