Appfire Technologies

Appfire is a provider of Atlassian enterprise products and services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Applications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Appfire Technologies is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. More on appfire.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Appfire Technologies? Rate it.
