AppCove

Appcove specializes in developing computer software for innovative businesses that faces unique business challenges. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AppCove is based in Altoona, Pennsylvania and founded in 2003. You can read more at appcove.com.
