Apartment Jet

Apartment Jet is a short term property management software that offers solutions to owners and operators in apartment industry. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate, Travel and Travel Accommodations. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
