AOS Consulting

AOS Consulting award-winning carrier agent providing consulting service to businesses nationwide in virtually every business sector. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Consulting and Telecommunications. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AOS Consulting is based in Chula Vista, California and around since 1998. Their site is aos-consulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with AOS Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
