Antares Technology Solutions

Antares Technology Solutions is a Software Development Firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Health Care, Information Services and Mobile Apps. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Antares Technology Solutions is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Their site is antaresnet.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
