Ansrware

Ansrware is an IT firm that designs and develops computer systems, outdoor advertising management solutions, technical support and GIS. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Advertising and Technical Support. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ansrware is based in Jefferson City, Montana. Their site is ansrware.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Ansrware, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
