Angell EYE

Angell EYE is a PayPal developer that offers technical support, PayPal PHP developer tools, web design, web developer, and plugins. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Technical Support, Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
