Andy Frain Services

Andy Frain Services is a provider of integrated solutions to security and events. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Andy Frain Services is based in Aurora, Illinois and around since 1924. Their site is andyfrain.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
